A beautiful beach day on the Cape (finally!)

I'm happy the weather as of late has been that of a typical New England summer.  Some hot days, some humid days, some cooler days.  The ocean was calling so we packed up and headed to the Cape, landing at Corporation Beach in Dennis.  If you have little ones, this is a fantastic beach.  There are clean restrooms, calm waters, tide pools for exploring at low tide and a tasty snack bar.

I admire your photography so much! What lens did you use for the first few pictures? Is it a wide angle lens?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks, Megan! I used my 50mm lens for all these photos. It was the only lens I brought with me that day.

we used to go to Chapin a lot in my 20s and that was always such a production with packing up the SUVs to spend the day in the dunes and all. I'll take Corporation or Cold Storage any day.

I'm loving these photos - they're so perfectly summer. And that last one! So great!
