I know, so annoying to click, but here's a video of Em waiting for Lion to finish with his bath. I want to say "cute video" but I think every video of my kids is cute so I left that out.
So I finished the Cinderella sundress. The side puffs (as we call them in our house) are a tad heavy and weigh down the fullness a bit. They are also folded under - if they had been made out of chiffon like they were supposed to be, I think they would have been fine but I wasn't going to use chiffon for a sundress. Whatever, it's all good.
I tend to become a little obsessed with every creation and want to love it forever and ever. This dress isn't my favorite but I have to keep in mind that Allie likes it and that she may drop chocolate ice cream all over the front of it.

Such a gorgeous dress!! You are so talented to be able to pull off the "side puffs". I wish I knew how to sew but sadly I barely know how to thread the machine.
Wow, that dress is so beautiful! I'd have LOVED to have worn that when I was little! You're so talented. Your girls are so lucky to get all this beautiful home-made stuff, especially because it makes it so much more special. And very glad to know that Em got Little Lion back safe and sound. He obviously means a lot to her, as I can plainly see in that video - it's so cute how she let him have a wash! Hope he doesn't wander off again anytime soon. :-D
