Playgrounds

Sunday morning, we ignored the fog and overcast skies and headed to the playground a few towns over. Unfortunately, the girls are a little too young and small for most of the equipment. There is a sign in the playground saying that it is intended for 5 to 7 year olds. Okay, that explains it. And after about an hour, the girls actually seemed to be a little bit bored.

I did manage to take some pictures. {Of course.} Sorry, they are not really edited.

Here's Em climbing whatever this wall is.

Anna. Trust me when I tell you that it is difficult to focus on a moving swing from almost underneath it.

I love this picture of Em, who was fascinated with a boy acting silly in the tunnel.

And yes, I do have another child. Allie. And she was running around like a crazed playground lunatic so I was unable to take many good pictures of her.

On the way home, we drove by the preschool in our town and Rich and I both thought, "Duh, why don't we bring the girls here?" Which is exactly what we did before dinner. Big improvement as the climbing structure was intended for 3 to 4 year olds and much more age appropriate for them. Plus, there are a million Crazy Coupes and Big Wheels out in the play area.

The girls have already told us that we will be returning this weekend. Okay!

I love the picture of Em looking into the tunnel! So cute!

I have a set of triplet cousins and my favorite picture of them is of them looking through a playground tunnel - with the photographer at the other end.

Your girls are too cute!

Yes! I know how hard it is to take a picture of a kid in a moving swing!
I have been perfecting this skill and so far have found that when the swing pauses at one end or another before swinging back, I should lock the focus. The next time it comes back to that spot, snap the pic. :)
