Pre-pregnancy jeans

Rich took these really cute pictures on Sunday. My first thought after oh, these are so cute was oh boy, look at how big I look!

I've seen a few moms of multiples post recently that they've been able to fit back into their pre-pregnancy jeans. These jeans are not those. These jeans were purchased for $5 at Old Navy after Abbey was born. They're a size 4.

So I trekked down to my basement last night and pulled out all my pre-pregnancy jeans. In a fit of cleaning last year, I gave away a bunch of clothes after I decided that I would never fit into them again. Last night, I found several pairs of Gap jeans in size 1. And guess what? That's right - I could squeeze my big butt back into them!

As a side note, I was hoping that I had kept the few pair of size 00 jeans from Abercrombie. They would have been considered "vintage" by the time the girls reached high school and it would have been cool to pass them down. They seemed to have disappeared though. Ah, yes, the cleaning fit last year.

Oh, I should mention that Grammy tells me that Papa always says that pictures are two dimensional not three so everyone looks bigger. That's it!
