And fall's all around us . . .
There's a lot of depth and beauty to autumn, as witnessed by the views from our yard, but ultimately it leads to winter, my least favorite season. I'm already disliking the shortened days and cooler weather. I had to pull out a pair of gloves Monday morning when the temperature hovered around 30 degrees.
Last weekend, we took a nature walk in Borderland State Park. The kids (and the adults) enjoyed it but it was super chilly. It's nice be done with tick and mosquito season though. I hadn't planned for a fall photo shoot, as you can clearly see by the non-fall photo shoot clothes so these are just regular photos. Life doesn't always need to be a photo shoot. And, yes, teddy bears and books are essential for nature walks.

Love the one of all three on the bench….the animal lover, the book worm, and the nature observer!
These are some gorgeous photos! Love the one of them three.
Your girls are so cute! I live in a country that has 2 seasons, very intense summer and mild winter. I miss fall so much!!!
wonderful photos!
I haven't been to Borderland though I've driven by it a million times.
Might be a good reason to also try the Farmer's Daughter.
We usually end up wandering through the Blue Hills.
Winter's my least favorite too. I kind of resent fall for being so short. Why is winter 3x longer than summer? LOL
Ha :) No Hand-in-the-face Anna! Very cute :)
