The girls and I watched this sunset together, commenting that the clouds along the bottom there resembled an animal parade.
Tennis.

A Barbie wedding.
A tutu and fleece.
We gave each of the girls an iPod Shuffle. Their first "real" electronic. The earbuds were too big so I scrounged up some old school headphones in the basement. Allie likes these because she can sing into the microphone.

The barbie wedding has to be one of my all-time fave photos. How sweet! I wanted to comment on a post from a few weeks ago but never got around to it. I live in AZ and travel regularly to Boston for work. I had brought my husband and son with me to couple with some vacation and we were at Storyland the day before you were! Have you ever run into people who recognized you and your family from your blog?

These photos are exquisite! I did once have someone recognize me from my blog - another daycare mom with twins. We're now fast friends.
Hey! which lens do you use for those inside shots? I currently use a 85mm and 50mm when shooting my daughters "portrait-style" but it's so hard in the house, where you don't have the actual space to control the zoom. The camera kit came with 18-55mm lens which I'm not so fond of. Any recs for a good zoom lens that doesn't break the bank? I have a CannonRebelt3i. Thanks in advance!! Love your blog!
Hi! Because I shoot Nikon, I don't really know much about Canon lenses. I mainly use my Sigma 50mm. I prefer prime lenses.
