Around these parts, 4th of July activities were moved to other dates. After the rain let up, we were left with sunny, but windy, skies. Really windy. The winds finally calmed down enough for a quick boat ride later in the day. We spent the afternoon and early evening at a family BBQ.
I don't know what's been going on with my inability to blog lately. There's just been so much going on. Sigh. I feel like I'm underwater again at work and I'm just really tired. I need some more sleep. And there's always something that needs to be done. I was thinking of adding in some outdoor photo tips but that'll have to wait for a separate post.

Spectacular picture of your three girls sitting on the pier with the sun coming down at that angle!
Hang in there on the drowning feeling...I hear ya.
The 2nd to last picture is wonderful! Appreciate you sharing your talent with us. Their hair is getting crazy long - it's so beautiful!
I love the pic of your three beauties on the dock! It is the essence of Summerime!
You gotta enter that 2nd to last dock picture in a contest! It's fantastic. I also love that picture of Anna with the bubbles, that expression on her face!
Love love love the photos on the dock!

Another love for the dock photo! I'd be glad to type up an outdoor shoot guide if you'd like; almost all of my sessions are outdoors :)You know where to find me if you would like a "guest blogger" :) xoxo
oh sarah! don't feel guilty for not blogging all the time! we, (your readers) love and appreciate when you do, but don't feel guilty on our accounts! we understand. we totally get it. we moms gotta stop giving into the guilt monster all the time, for everything. we don't have to achieve ALL the time. we are all doing the best we can with what we've got. and we are enough, regardless of how we feel! feelings don't equal truth. they just don't. the truth is that you are doing a fantastic job and you need to cut yourself some slack. this reader thinks so anyway. take it as heaven's little reminder that you are valued and enough, whether you accomplish that long to-do list every day or not.
