oh my gosh...how sweet!! :)

When I was younger, I always said "flam-ily." To this day, my parents and I still kid about it. haha Great memories.

This is so precious. Just curious - have you ever had a nanny or a babysitter other than your mother to help you out?

I am a preschool teacher, and I evaluate drawings all the time. There's a lot to love about this photo. Grammy is included, just like she should be :) I also love how the girls' names are abbreviated, including Al and An, since the A overlaps. Glad you snapped a photo since you don't have a hard copy of this to keep otherwise!

I don't think I've seen her spell Daddy as Dade before. Or Mommy as Mome.

Anon at 11:05 - Yes! My SIL used to help out a ton with the girls were little and I went back to work. She is awesome with kids and we trusted her to cath Anna as well. We did have a college student come for a bit here and there, so Grammy could get out of the house for an hour or so to run errands but she wasn't really good with kids (just sat there). My brother and SIL have helped us out of many jams - I'm very lucky to have a lot of family close by. Rich's sisters have also babysit and Rich's niece has babysat for us as well. The issue is that Anna needs to be cathed every 3 hours and there aren't many people who can do that. It's a big responsibility.

I love how she dressed herself and her sisters in the same outfit and colours. What a great picture and message!

I just started reading your blog and have been going through back entries. I wanted to say two things,

First, I find it really inspiring and beautiful, how you handle things with Abbey and Anna and being frank about them here, and deal with triplets wile working.

Second, and on a more silly note, I wanted to make sure you had seen the Goo Goo Dolls with Elmo on Sesame Street, which seems like something you could all enjoy (I am an adult and I sometimes watch this clip to motivate myself)

Sasha - thank you for your kind comment. I LOVE that clip of GGD with Elmo. Cracks me up every time I watch it.
