Hello

I'm still here.  This week is my busiest at work so blogging may be a bit slow.  Or nonexistent.  We were supposed to work Saturday but there was a bit of a snafu so "Busy Season 2013" officially began yesterday (Sunday.)  The kids weren't too happy that I was gone all day and then again tonight at their bedtime.  They called me demanding (or crying) to know why I wasn't home.  It made me sad.

It took me almost two and a half hours to commute to work this morning due to train problems.  So much lost time there.  Rich gave me the NKOTB authorized biography for Christmas so I was able to read a good chunk of that while stuck on the train.  Speaking of, if you were/are an NKOTB fan, that book is an easy read.  I was hoping for more dirt or insight or something.  It's a lot cleaner than I thought/expected it to be.  Not bad though.

Oh, speaking of Christmas presents.  I now have an iPhone (free upgrade).  I like it (but don't expect to see me on Instagram anytime soon.)  I need different earbuds though.  I don't know if I have Dumbo ears or Tink ears but those suckers will not stay put.  I tried listening to a podcast on my walk to work and I had to shut down the whole operation 2 minutes into it because the earbuds kept popping out.

I'm about 85% finished with a tutorial on how to sew together the pattern pieces for my twirl skirt.  I hope to wrap that up this week.  And I hope to start posting about our December last minute Disney vacation when work slows down.  I've already edited a few pictures.  This one is from our resort.

Ahhh the life of a CPA. Although my "busy seasons" are the first 10 business days of the month, I find it difficult to blog then too. Looking forward to seeing more about Disney!

Those earbuds don't fit in my ears either. I always have to use different ones. Not quite sure what the problem is...

Sarah...Maybe Rich knows about these but try Yurbuds. They fit over the actual earbuds. I've found them cheap-er on Amazon and Ebay. Most women are a size 6 or 7.

Some of the earbuds on amazon come with a few different sized rubber pieces so you can switch out that part for the perfect fit.

We're planning a Disney trip for October so I'm really excited to hear about where you stayed and how the trip went!

My sister, Hannah, has tiny ears, so she got the Marshmallow ear buds. They work wonderfully!
