I want to wear make-up.

sept7a

The girls had been begging and pleading for me to allow them to wear their dance recital stage make-up around the house.  I wasn't exactly thrilled with the idea.  I remember being young and wanting to wear make-up to play in but nowadays, the world is different.  My kids will not be third graders wearing eye shadow to school.

The Friday before we were to leave on vacation, Rich spent the day golfing and so we had decided to call the day "Mommy Day."  I gave the girls the eye "burrow" pencils, lipstick and blush from their dance recital and let them go crazy.

That looks like so much fun for them. Every once in awhile I let my daughters do this too. They have so much fun with it.

I cracked up at Allie's pic - she has the lipstick everywhere but on her lips :)
