Things to do today:
- Bring the van to the dealership for tire rotation and 15,000 mile check-up. (Note that the van is the same age as the girls. The mileage is correct.) ::Check:: Completed by Rich and the A Team (aka Allie and Anna).
- Finish Elmo's Halloween costume. ::Check:: Completed by Mommy.
(In case you can't tell, he's a ghost ballerina.)
- Finish Little Lion's Halloween costume(s). ::Check:: Completed by Mommy.
Here he's a ghost.
And then he's a ballerina.
- Sew curtains for the playroom. :: :: Started by Mommy.
- Go grocery shopping. ::Check:: Completed by entire family. Although, shopping with the girls can be so distracting. They ask 10 million questions and I'm always afraid they are going to wander off or not keep up with me. We always get home and say, "I think someone needs to go back later this week." We try to make lists but items are always left off.
- Study for exam. ::Check:: Completed by Rich, who is taking MBA classes. Insane? Yes.
Okay, have you ever had what you thought was a good idea when you started a blog post but then when you are just about finished, you realize that it really wasn't that good of an idea. That's what this blog post is. And I'm too tired to change it. Oh, well. At least it contains some cute pictures. Off to bed....

Ah, these are so cute!! Love love LOVE the costumes for Elmo & Lion. That's just too adorable!
I say this every time (and probably that too)but Elmo cracks me up! So sweet!
I love that the girls' lovies got costumes, too!!!
I think making Elmo and Little Lion Halloween costumes gets you an automatic bid for Mommy of the year!
That is just too precious!
LOVE the lovies' costumes :)
Love the ghost ballerine - can't wait to see the girls dressed up!
Yes I've definately had those rambling posts - glad to know I'm not the only one. And if you spruce it up with enough pictures (check) then no one notices!
The post is fine! It's a glimpse into your lives last weekend. I love the tiny costumes.
I was noticing the same thing about the mileage on our van, purchased when our three were five months old (ten months ago). It has just over 4,000 miles on it. Compare that to the Accord we traded in for it that was only eight years old and had 130,000+ miles on it. Poor thing just sits in the garage.
