Our Family

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Thankful but tired.

Tired and thankful.

I have (with me on Earth) three beautiful, loving, sweet, caring children.

I have a wonderful husband.

Rich and I both have jobs and never have to worry about purchasing food or clothing. We have the ability to live a nice house in a safe neighborhood. Anna receives the best healthcare in Boston.

We both have families that love us.

For me (especially this year), it is easy to forgot what is important and focus on the negative. The difficulties. The stress.

I am thankful for where I am.

I would be more thankful if I was listening to the sounds of sleeping toddlers instead of this conversation.

"Are they going to have cupcakes?"

"I think so."

"Are they going to have birthday cake?"

"I think so."

"Are they going to have pizza?"

"I think so."

"Are they going to have tables?"

"No, the tables are at home."

"Are you kidding me?"

"Oh, jeez."

"I'm not kidding you."

"We're gonna go in the black car."

"No, we not gonna go in the black car."

"We're gonna GO in the BLACK CAR."

{Please Anna just agree that you are going in the black car.}

"Sure, we're gonna go in the black car."

{Phew.}

So, cute...I know it seems stressful, but your life is so beautiful. I love to read of your adventures, because I can see my "M" saying some of the same things (in a couple of years...anyway). happy Thanksgiving!

Kris - I wish I could say that I was thankful for great neighbors :(

Definitely thankful for great former neighbors :) (That includes you too - Sharon & John & Lil!)
