Week In Review. With tons of pictures!

As my week at home draws to a close, I thought I would post some cute pictures (and stories) from this week.

Here's Anna reading a magazine as she patiently waits for me to cath her:

I bought the girls these really cute outfits at Carters a few weeks ago. I LOVE the hoods - although Allie's hood is like a beanie top and not a bear. Still cute though.

Do you want to see how SMALL the girls are? I brought this empty box into the family room for them to play with. Allie climbed into it. It only holds six packages of wipes.

That's Em standing in front of her thinking that she can fit into the box also.

When I checked in on the girls Friday night, everything seemed normal. I even took this cute picture of Emily with her books.

A half hour later, there was some odor in their room. Almost like puke. Rich agreed. We both went in there separately, turned the lights on and checked out the girls. There was no puke anywhere. I went back in a little while later and decided that it was more of a food smell not a puke smell. I figured that Anna had probably pooped. The new antibiotics had a weird smell.
.
Rich graciously took care of the girls Saturday morning so I could catch a few more hours of sleep. When I was up and about, he told me to look in the garage. This is what I found:
.

Poor Emily must have had too much prune juice the day before. She still has a little bit of a diaper rash. If we had known, we would have changed her.
.
Here are some cute pictures of the girls from yesterday afternoon before we left for the grocery store.

Rich and I both sometimes wonder if the girls receive attention from strangers because they are cute or because they are triplets. It's always nice for us to hear comments when only one baby is present. At the grocery store, Rich had Allie in the cart and I had the other two in the double stroller. While Rich was alone with Allie waiting at the deli, some woman told him that his daugher was very beautiful. We saw her again later, with all three girls, and she commented again on how we had such beautiful children. Well, they are identical!
.
A trip to the grocery store wouldn't be complete though without one person stopping us to ask, "ARE THOSE TRIPLETS?"

You have three beautiful girls. One at a time, or all together they are cutie pies!!
And if you lived next door, then I would be able to tell them apart ....... :)

Sorry Kris :( We'll have to visit more often.

Until I read your blog, Sarah, I never knew how annoying it was for parents of multiples to hear "are those triplets," or "wow, you must have your hands full." I would be one of those people who would try to intrude and find out! Now I will be more sensitive to how parents must feel!
