Cinderelly, Cinderelly

jan27a

Whenever Em dresses as Cinderella, I sing, "Emmerelly, Emmerelly." And the girls all yell, "No, Mommy. That's not how it goes."

On this particular day, Emmerelly was treating me as if I was paparazzi. "No, Mommy. You can't take my picture."

Minnie now sleeps with Em and Little Lion every night.

So Em's favorite movie is "the Belle movie." This morning she told me that she has to watch it every day.

In addition to pretending that they are at Disney by having meet and greets, the girls also put on shows and march in parades. The reenacting of shows was actually their own idea. One day, they pulled the little chairs from their kitchen table over to the entrance of the playroom and sat down. When I asked them what they were doing, they told me (duh!) that they were waiting for a show to start.

Em, in addition to singing, "Where dreams come true," over and over again while the parade marching is going on, seems to be the show director. She loves looking through Disney books for ideas and then directing everyone. Plushies and figurines also participate in the shows. The other day, I was told that Minnie was playing the role of Goofy.

Here they are preparing to do a show.

I was told that the show could not go on if I was going to photograph it.

I hope they stay like this for a long time because it is just so cute.

How A-DOR-A-BLE!! We have to limit princess dress up items in our house... We have a boy in our triplet mix that likes to dress up as well. We made it a point of getting a prince cape and crown for him as well as a Spiderman costume when the gown wearing became a problem. He now likes being the boy and kissing the princesses to wake them up. He says he has two princesses. I do wish I could do more girly things with the girls, but I hate Jadon to feel left out (nail polish, etc).

I concur - your girls are just so cute. And the imagination on them is totally amazing.
