We brought the girls to a parade last weekend. If I ask the girls now, after the fact, if they enjoyed themselves, they will respond with an enthusiastic, "Yes." You would never be able to tell that by the pictures though.
Allie in purple (of course).
Em is sitting with Daddy.
Anna is the one wearing my sunglasses.
I seriously laugh every time I look at these.
After the parade, we headed down to the fair but rain cut our plans a bit short. Rich brought the girls over to check out these little horses. Em decided to be the one brave and pet the horse. Here she is with Anna after her horse experience. Do you think Anna is excited about seeing the horses?
More serious Anna.
Em showing me her little horse.
Being a toddler is such hard work.

Oh my gosh, I always love their expressions, but this time it tops everything! Allie is so sceptical and Anna with the sunglasses is just priceless. I also love Em's excited laugh. AWESOME pics!!
V. enjoyable pics! The suspicious look on Allie is fabulous and so are the sunglasses.
This cracks me up. My oldest was the same way - we'd go somewhere or do something fantastic and the whole time she'd just sit there watching, so serious. Then later she'd tell us how wonderful it was and how much fun she'd had. I don't get it but man it makes me laugh.
OMG that picture of Anna scowling just cracks me up!! :-)
so funny! I have an almost identical photo of K with a little plastic bug she got at a fair this weekend.
