H&M was having a sale and I couldn't walk by the Hello Kitty dresses.
I did pack up some more of the girls clothes. They had some size 24 months/2T tops that were hard to get on and off. I am wondering now if Anna isn't allergic to "latex" in the bathing suits because she ended up with another rash after wearing a too small shirt.

Very cute! I often cave when it comes to my kids and clothes and god knows they don't need anything. Everything is just so cute!!!

Yes, anon - I think it is a heat rash on sensitive skin.
I was going to suggest heat rash too - one of my girls is breaking out with it on the back of her neck and upper back only. She isn't even wearing tight clothes. I think she is just sensitive to the heat. It is so frustrating but at least it doesn't bother her.
