Out of the mouths of babes

{Some funny, some cute, some random}

Emily: "Some kids go poo poos in the pool."

Emily: "Mommy's not going to go poo poos on the floor."

Emily: "I smell something. I love Mommy. I don't like smelling Mommy's clothes."
{I have no idea what she thought was smelly but it wasn't my clothes!}

Daddy: "There was a girl named Allie, Allie, Allie. She had a crush on Caillou, Caillou, Caillou."

Allie: "Daddy, what are you talking about?"

Anna: "The angel and this kid are going to Wendy's for dinner."
{She was playing with the angel and a wise man from the Little People nativity set.}

Allie to Anna: "Hi there, little buddy."

Allie {looking for Anna while we were at Grammy's house}: "Anna, where are you? I'm looking for my little sister."

This was a very, very adorable post, but I have to side-track for a moment and make a slightly off-topic comment. (:

I've been following your blog for some time now, and tonight for some reason I decided to dig through the archives and check back on older posts. The ones from 2008 are unreal!

I just got such a kick from them, so I can only imagine you'd get a blast from them! Anyway, love your blog and your girls. Have a great morning/day/evening/night!

LOL! Those are great!

The "people" from our Little People Nativity go to Chick-Fil-A and they usually take the Little People plane to get there.

Very cute. Do you tell them their age order? My mom did do that with us and we do think of ourselves as the oldest, middle and youngest (despite having a younger brother) and it played a role in who the leader was (usually our Allie who is the oldest).

Mommy, Esq - I'm not ignoring your question. I think I'm going to do a post on the whole birth order thing.

I love that she called the wise man "this kid". It made me LOL.
