Back to . . . summer

Most of us here in New England are completely ignoring all the back to school advertisements and promotions as there are many, many weeks before summer vacation ends.  Well, I'm ignoring it all.  We continue to swim, hang out on the Cape, and relax.  The girls have been taking turns assisting in the kitchen with meal prep.  I picked up some goat cheese last week and ended up cutting it up, dredging the pieces in Italian breadcrumbs before baking in the oven.  I was a bit surprised at how quickly those disappeared.  



Rich and I recently enjoyed a date night of pizza followed by a Red Sox game.



Are you now craving pizza?  I am.

And we can't forget weekly dance class, which is almost over.  Regular classes won't begin until September.
