I found myself perusing through photography blogs this week and feeling all inspirational and stuff, decided that I wanted to post bigger versions of my photos here. So I ditched the sidebar and reset my blog's width.
Here's the size that I had been posting from flickr:
And here's the large size from flickr which is just too big for most everyday photos but I can see maybe using periodically for some landscapes.
With nothing in between available on flickr's grab the HTML code button, I resized it myself, which OMG is kind of a big deal because I feel technically challenged most days.
That's pretty much the size I had in mind. Yay. Now I can get on with my life because nothing pains me more than attempting to change tech stuff. Not my thing.
That photo is a super crop of a much larger photo I took using my Nikon 14-24mm lens, which is only a few months old and already very much loved. It is amazingly sharp. So sharp, it's a bit scary.
And yes, Elmo is still with us.

Yay you!! I like the new size!
I'm dying for a wider focal length! I'll have to rent that 14-24 and take it for a spin :)
