I'm so sorry - I hope you're continuing to be on the mend and no one else is getting sick. :(Bree at Clarity Definedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08096737995080439327noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7707332630639933436.post-57297465845784440772016-03-22T17:27:59.033-04:002016-03-22T17:27:59.033-04:00I think I'm on day 4 of the flu. Unfortunatel...I think I'm on day 4 of the flu. Unfortunately, work is insane here too, and I can't take any time off until at least Thursday. Of course I'm supposed to be at the beach next week with the girls, and I'm terrified they'll come down with it while we're there. Nothing like 4 people in a single hotel room with someone coughing all night.Michelehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15642037345765524150noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7707332630639933436.post-24159570664371060132016-03-21T09:06:17.233-04:002016-03-21T09:06:17.233-04:00I don't get sick that often. I cover my hand with my sleeve or bottom on my shirt. And I really hate shaking hands. I try not to be weird about it, but sometimes not being weird means giving in.

Anyway, I did get the flu once (minus when I was a kid I guess). About 10 years ago, my friend returned from Atlanta (I'm in Toronto) with what she thought was food poisoning. I called and told my friend, "Yeah, that was not food poisoning..." I'd never been so sick in my life. But it came and went SO quickly. My other friend also caught it at the same time but was about 3 hours behind me in symptoms. Very odd. About 16 hours in I was on my way back to the living, my friend 3 hours behind me.

My heart goes out to you. Try to avoid touching doorknobs. It works, I swear. This is really important, especially since you take public transportation.

KimDaddyBiteshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17627359063631594523noreply@blogger.com
