I had my camera and tripod this year for fireworks, but ended up deciding to leave it in the car and just enjoy the fireworks.

As for bags, I know what you mean about the fake leather. I have two old and now retired from use (which probably means I should donate them) Epiphanie bags. I love them, but they're worn and I also wanted a bag that could be a backpack or over the shoulder/crossbody. After searching and searching, I actually ended up getting a diaper bag. It's cute, not too bulky, and based on other people I know that use it as an actual diaper bag - durable!

If you do want to consider a non-camera camera bag, you can by inserts for just about any bag on Amazon (just search camera insert).Bree at Clarity Definedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08096737995080439327noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7707332630639933436.post-79555548681601714652017-07-08T03:55:30.109-04:002017-07-08T03:55:30.109-04:00Great photos!!...I've bought a number of camer...Great photos!!...I've bought a number of camera bags in the past and i kept going for the cheaper option, they were never really somehow quite right, so i took the plung and bought an expensive camera bag and have never looked at another bag since...so my advice is, get the bag you really want, if like me you use the bag all the time its worth every penny... I often have great plans of catching fireworks photos at the beach (we're in the Pacific Northwest) but usually find myself with no tripod and a camera in a baggie to protect from sand/snacks/water bottles. I end up just snapping some good-enough pics. Enjoying the moment with the neighborhood crew definitely wins out over me fumbling with setup and settings, but ... one of these years, I swear! :) The front-yard photo of the cousins is wonderful.Lisanoreply@blogger.com
